For current residents. Our resident portal shows the emergency contact first and lets you report a problem with photos. It also shows garbage collection days with a photo of the collection point, and lets you issue your own proof of residence and proof of rent payment. Call or use the form on a weekday between 9:00 and 18:00 and we'll reply within an hour. English is fine. If water is leaking, first turn off the stop valve or the main water valve.
